Thomas Levey of Manuden in the County of Essex Carpenter being of sound and perfect memory and understanding Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in maner and form following (that is to say) Item ~ after my funeral Charges and Debts are paid and discharged by my Executor and Executorex I give and devise to my Son James Levey and my Daughter Ann Levey all of my Stock, Goods and Chattels equally to be divided between those two. Item ~ I give to my Daughter Sarah Hollingworth Twenty Five Pounds to be paid by my Executors aforementioned Six Months after my decease. Item ~ I give Mary the Widow of my Son Thomas Levey Twenty Pounds to be paid her Six Months after my decease. I give to my Son John Levey Thirty Five Pounds to be paid him Six Months after my decease. Item ~ I give to my Son Robert Levey Thirty Five Pounds to be paid him Six Months after my decease And I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son James Levey and my Daughter Ann Levey Sole Executor and Executorex of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness the 25 day of November in the year of our Lord 1767. This Will
Of Thomas Levey late of the Parish of Manuden in the County of Essex .. ? was proved on the Twenty Second day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Nine. Before the Reverend Robert Fowler clerk surrogate by the Oaths of James Levey the Son and Ann Levey Daughter of the said deceased and Executors to whom Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on the fifth day of September following they being first sworn duly to Administer
