Robert Levey
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Robert Levey of Stansted Mountfitchet in the County of Essex Baker and Miller whereby I dispose of my worldly Estate as follows ( that is to say ) I give and devise unto my well esteemed friend Robert Bull All my real Estates whatsoever and wheresoever To hold to him the said Robert Bull his heirs and assigns for ever Upon this Special Trust and confidence that he the said Robert Bull shall sell and dispose of my said Estates as soon as conveniently may be for the best price that can or may be got for the same and the moneys thereby arising after payment of my just debts I give and bequeath as follows ( that is to say ) I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Levey the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds And all the rest residue and remainder of my moneys arising from the sale of my said Estates as also All and Singular my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my five Children to be equally Divided between them Share and Share alike namely Isabellah, Robert, Thomas, William and Mariah Levey And I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Robert Bull and my said loving wife Elizabeth Levey Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper In Witness whereof my hand and seal I have set this Nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and seventy six. This Will
of Robert Levey late of the Parish of Stansted Mountfitchet in the County of Essex Deceased was proved on the Twenty Seventh day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Six Before the Reverend Jeremiah Bezhius ? clerk surrogate by the Oaths of Robert Bull and Elizabeth Levey widow the Relict of the said deceased the Executor to whom Administration of all and Singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on the first Day of March next following they being first Sworn Duly to Administer.
